Please arrive on time for your session. Appointments begin and end as scheduled so I am not rushed to meet the other obligations of my day. Children may not accompany you to your appointment as they cannot be adequately supervised while you are receiving a service. If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. Failure to notify me and simply not showing up will result in you not being rescheduled. Text or email reminders are sent as a courtesy. Ultimately it is the client's responsibility to keep track of their appointments. Repeated last minute cancellations will result in you not being rescheduled as this is very disruptive to my schedule and prevents other clients from booking the services they need. ​

I do not bill any insurance but if you have out of network benefits you may be able to submit your own claim and get reimbursed for some services. Let me know if you have any questions. You may also use your flex spending/health savings account funds to cover the cost of medical massage, hypnotherapy, electrolysis, acne treatments and products and the purchase of sunscreen.

​Gift certificates are sold in any dollar amount and are valid for any service or product. They have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. Gift certificate purchases are non refundable. In order to be redeemed they must be presented at the time of service. No exceptions. If you do not show for your scheduled service, the full cost of the total dollar amount will be deducted from your gift certificate total. Purchased gift certificates never expire.

Gift certificates that I donate for charitable purposes DO expire. They must be redeemed by the expiration date listed on the gift certificate. They must be presented at the time of service. No exceptions! Do not wait until the last minute to schedule an appointment with a donated gift certificate, as I may not have open appointments on short notice. Plan ahead and schedule early! If you cancel for any reason with less than 24 hours notice or fail to show for your appointment, your donated gift certificate will be null and void.

Cash is the preferred method of payment but local checks as well as debit and all major credit cards are accepted.
